There are five double rooms with single beds, three of them overlooking Mount Hasan (3200m).
For the furnishing of the vaulted rooms (arch rooms) we have used only high-quality natural products. In the wine bar and in the central hall you can taste, discuss or simply enjoy a number of rare natural wines.

We offer a lavish breakfast with mostly home-made products and ingredients from selected producers. There is traditional Güzelyurt bread, German whole grain bread made by Hacer, eggs from the neighbouring farmer, butter and kaymak from the village of Karkin, fresh white cheese and Tulum cheese, persimmon and cornelian cherry jam, honey, pekmez, tea and coffee.

All Gelveri wines are natural wines. They are fermented and matured in küps (clay jars) in the grape yard, without any chemical additives.
We produce ten wine varieties, two of them, the red Kalecik Karasi and the amber Hasan Dede are popular in Turkey. The other eight wines are made from so far unknown grape varieties: Keten Gömlek, Kizil Üzüm. Koku Üzüm, Tas Üzüm, It Üzüm, Mayoglu Terebinth, WAW and our house wine Original & Natural.

We offer Meze assortments with three, five or seven ingredients containing olive oil, whole grain bread, young and mature goats cheese, yoghurt, Hokaido pumpkin, dolma of pumpkin flowers, purslane kuru-hot, pastirma, wild asparagus and other seasonal vegetables.
